Uchisar Castle Cappadocia, is a story of successful engineering and natural formation carved into a huge volcanic rock. It served as a strategic observation hill overlooking the entire region, including Mount Erciyes. Surprisingly, the cave rooms and tunnels spread within this rock castle were used both for defense purposes and as shelter for all its people during periods of occupation and war. You will have time to take photos with the camels that color the castle view and walk among the fairy chimneys on the way to the castle.
