Day 08: Pamukkale Travertines & Hierapolis Ancient City
You’ll be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and taken to Antalya. The first stop will be for breakfast, after a three-hour journey through the Taurus mountains, where you’ll see the famous Travertines of Pamukkale. Guide with you thought visiting calcium terraces are called Pamukkale, which means ‘cotton castle’ in Turkish, because of their appearance. You can walk or swim barefoot in these healthy waters.
