Mystical Dervish Ceremony Experience
Known as the most mystical dance in the world, created and developed with inspiration from Mevlana (1207-1273), this ritual was taught to Mevlana by Şems-i Tabriz. Ney (Reed Flute) Music here is an instrument that helps meditation. Dervish Ceremony represents a mystical journey of man’s spiritual ascent through love, finding the truth, and reaching “Perfect”. Then he returns from this spiritual journey as a man who has reached maturity and perfection to love and serve all creatures regardless of faith, class, or race.
Ceremony Schedule and Location
This ceremony, which will take you on a mystical journey for about an hour, starts every day at 18:00, and in summer periods at both 18:00 and 21:00. After the ceremony, ‘Serbet’, a religious drink, is served. With its historical, mystical, and carved stone atmosphere, the Cappadocia Caravanserais is the most suitable place to watch the Cappadocia dervish ceremony.
Transportation and Service Details
You will be picked up at the time stated according to your location and you take your place in the ceremony on time. When finished, the driver will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel. The memorable and unique experience ends once you arrive back at your hotel in Cappadocia full of positive emotions and great memories from this unique and spiritual ceremony.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
- This service can be canceled 24 hours before the first service date without penalty. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This tour can be booked a minimum of 14 hours before the tour departure time. If you would like to make a last-minute booking, please contact us via contact form.
- Guests are required to be ready at the hotel lobby at the specified time (17:00-17:15)
- After the ceremony is over, the driver will transfer you back to your hotel (19:00-19:15).
- This tour does not require a professional tour guide.
